In the unusual case you wish to exchange your Vitasta purchase, please read through our return policy below:
- Items should be returned unused, with all tags still attached along within 15 days of receipt. Items are to be returned to our address given below. The cost of returning an item must be borne by you. Items returned to us after this time will not be accepted. Returns that are used, damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back. In the event that any goods/products are delivered without tags, please inform us immediately at email@example.com
- For returned items we gladly offer you an exchange or you could choose to get a refund in the form of store credits.
- Please note all COD payments will be refunded via store credit only. Please contact VITASTA by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or +91 767 83 03 462 (Monday to Saturday 10:00 am – 6 pm) for further information.
- We regret that we do not support returns, reships, or re-credits for items shipped internationally.
Damages and Defects:
Once you receive your product please examine your purchase for any damage during shipping. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email to us a description of the damage along with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours at email@example.com
call at +91 767 83 03 462 Monday to Saturday (10:00 am – 6 pm) to request a Call Tag to pick up the package. Please include your Packing Slip or Invoice with your return.
We will work with you to replace or repair your item as quickly as we can at our cost. If we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us at no extra cost to you. If a replacement is not available we shall offer you store credits towards purchase of other VITASTA products.
All returns are subject to the discretion of VITASTA.
